Rep. slams GOP for Hunter hearing with Hunter in attendance
It was political theater at Wednesday's House Oversight and Accountability Committee with Hunter Biden making a surprise appearance. Republicans have highlighted Biden's business deals in an effort to tarnish his father, who himself faces an impeachment inquiry. Democrats, meanwhile, have pointed out that Republican members ignored subpoenas from the January 6th Committee. Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-NY) has suggested the panel hold a vote on hearing from Biden “right now,” asking for a show of hands from the room.
